Filipinos living in all parts of the world love LIGO Brand Sardines, so it was a perfect opportunity for LIGO to support the very popular Filipino Heritage Nights during this World Championship baseball season of the San Francisco Giants. On April 27th and September 28th, special event tickets were available with pre-game festivals and on-field cultural entertainment. A Giants-themed miniature Jeepney was given to all event ticket holders with the Ligo Sardines logo on the back. Additional scoreboard and TV monitor advertising promoted the Philippines favorite sardines.
